Here I will explain some types of massages that are on the menu. However, you do not have to pick a specific one. I can use a mix of techniques to tailor the massage to your personal preferences. All combined with relaxing music, the scent of incense and essential oils and done on a top notch Custom Craftsworks massage table. All body parts can be included in the massage (also head and face, but NO private parts).
Before the massage, we will have a little chat so you can tell me about your preferences and expectations about the massage. Also you can tell me if you have any injuries/illnesses that I should be aware of for the massage. The chat time is free, it will not be taken off the massage time you booked.

Your favorite massage mix
As mentioned before, you can choose for a mix of massage types. For example a relaxing massage combined with some extra pressure on those tense muscles. It’s all up to you!
Sport massages
I rather call this type of massage a muscle relaxation massage or muscle activation massage. Despite being called ‘sport’ massage, these massages work equally well after/before a day of hard labour, office work or a day at the pool. Just saying…
* Muscle relaxation / deep tissue massage (after sport massage)
When it is time for you to let go of that accumulated muscle tension that built up during daily life, work or sports, this type of massage can work wonders. I will focus on those tense muscles and nasty knots. This massage is also possible without oil and with your clothes on.
* Muscle activation massage (pre sport massage)
During this massage, I use kneading and tapping techniques to get your body ready for action. Perfect for when you have gym time, a sports event or a long hike ahead of you.
Relaxing massages
Forget about all your daily stuff and take a journey out of this world. Accompanied by relaxing music, you will travel to your favorite place. Relaxing massages can be gentle or firm. They can easily be combined with some muscle relaxing kneading.
A firm relaxing massage, a gentle relaxing massage, a combi… all is possible! It is a common misconception that relaxing massages are always soft. I will adapt the pressure to your wishes. To get the relaxing effect, the movements will be predominantly long and slow.
* Wellness massage
Relaxing for both body and mind, this massage is focused on reducing stress and muscle tension. Can be firm or gentle. And easy to combine with some kneading on those tense muscles.
* Californian massage
A super relaxing type of massage. As a lot of relaxing massages are done body part by body part, the Californian is a continuous flow of hand and underarm movements over your whole body at the same time. Can be gentle or firm. An excellent recipe for total disconnection.
* Lomi Lomi inspired massage
With this massage I make long, ongoing, fluid, rhythmic strokes all over the body, using my hands and forearms. Basically just like the Californian massage, but with a lot more oil and a oil resistant sheet that allows me to move my hands between the massage table and your body.
Hot stone massage
Hot stones ‘preheat’ your muscles before I massage them and keep your muscles warm after. Heat in general is known to increase blood flow and ease muscle tension. Besides that, it’s just a great feeling!
Chair massage (20 minutes)
A quick fix! No need to take off your clothes. Just sit down and have your back, neck, shoulders and arms massaged. Or how about a relaxing head massage?
